I was a Product Designer for Integrations in the Workflow org, designing and launching partner integrations including Google Drive, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Vimeo, Adobe, ServiceNow, and Zendesk. The following are select snapshots from that work.
I worked across the full recruiting workflow: interview scheduling, integrations, reporting an dashboards as 1 of 3 designers at a 140-person startup. The following are screens from a Zoom integration I designed and launched, that drove $50k in new sales deals for the company in 2 weeks.
I was a designer on the enterprise team, working on improvements to data-driven alerts on visualizations as well as sharing and collaboration features. Below is a feature I worked on improved visibility of alerts a a data viz. It allowed customers to self-serve and collaborate on alerts.
Before: Alerts were hidden in settings, resulting in redundancies and lack of usage
After: I designed a side panel to raise visibility of alerts and added visual improvements to the creation experience
IBM is where I started, working on enterprise monitoring tools. I was a designer on Bluemix Availability Monitoring, a cloud offering for IBM's legacy Application Performance Management product.
